The Fundementals
Client Satisfaction, 24/7, 365 Days a Year
My dad has always said, “of course we work on holidays, cattle don’t know it’s Christmas;” I’ll add to that and say neither does media. I pledge to work diligently to manage your media needs.
Sharing Your Story
It’s no secret, the public wants to know the people behind their protein and produce. I have extensive training and experience in effectively communicating agriculture, allow me to share your story.
Fair and Competitive Prices
Media is something the current world can no longer live without, however, this doesn’t mean your wallet should be taken advantage of. All of my prices are fair and competitive with today’s market.
About Walking P Productions
Agriculture is the industry which has put food on my family’s table (and yours) for centuries. My calling is to tell the stories of agriculturists around the world, and my goal with Walking P Productions is to help you do just that, whether it be through freelance writing, photography, videography, graphic design, or web design at a fair and competitive price. I exercise and appreciate tried-and-true communication methods of the past and love finding ways to make these traditional practices work hand-in-hand with modern media.
Modern communication methods are everchanging, and agriculturists cannot afford to miss the boat — this is where I come in. New technology is developed every day and this means new ways to communicate the message of your product or service needs to be current. My job is to make sure you, my client, are up to speed in these competitive markets while you’re busy tending to your livestock or harvesting your crops.
I will work with you and for you as best as I can, even when you have absolutely no idea what direction you want to go with media for your business. I’m a firm believer in testing out the crazy ideas you scratched on your local BBQ joint’s napkin at dinner last Tuesday; those thoughts that make you say, “I guess we can always try it this way and change it if we don’t like it;” and complete customer satisfaction…so hit me with all your wild requests!
If you would like for me to help you share your old-timey tale with modern media, or just want to visit, contact me — I’d love to help out in any way I can.
About the Owner

Mayzie Purviance
Agricultural Communicator
I was born and raised in Rosalie, Texas, a small community in the heart of northeast Texas. I graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in Agricultural Communications & Journalism in December 2018 and currently work as the assistant editor of the Western Ag Reporter in Billings, Montana, as well as manage my blog, Activists vs. Agriculture. I also have stories in my repertoire published in the Angus Journal, Progressive Cattle, and the AgriLeader.
An appreciation for agriculture and education were instilled in me from a young age. My father comes from a long line of ranchers and farmers while my mother comes from a long line of teachers. Add in my passion for communication, and you’ve got an agricultural communicator.
